Free express delivery Australia-wide. Orders placed before 2pm AEST dispatch the same day from our Adelaide warehouse; orders placed after dispatch the next business day. Most metro deliveries arrive in 2–4 business days, regional in 4–7.

Right now we only ship to Australia. We're working on New Zealand for late 2026 — drop your email in the footer and we'll let you know when we're live.
If your order hasn't shipped yet (within 48 hours of placing), email hello@glogardenco.com with your order number and we'll update it. After dispatch, addresses are locked by Australia Post.
Take a photo within 48 hours of receiving and email it to hello@glogardenco.com. We'll send a replacement on the next dispatch — no need to return the damaged unit.
Product questions
After a full day's charge, expect 8–12 hours of glow — comfortably from dusk to dawn through Australian summer. In winter or after cloudy days, you'll get 6–8 hours. Every model auto-switches on at dusk and off at sunrise.
Yes. Every GloGarden light is rated IP65 — fully sealed against dust and water jets. They're built and tested for Australian conditions: 40°C summers, salt air, frosty Melbourne mornings. If anything fails from normal weather, our lifetime swap covers you.
Most products take under 5 minutes. Festoon strings hang from any hook. Pathway pucks stake into soil or screw into hard surfaces. Step lights peel and stick with industrial 3M tape. No wiring, no tools, no electrician.
Solar batteries naturally lose capacity over years. If your lights ever stop holding a full night's charge, get in touch — we'll send a free replacement battery (or a whole new light, depending on the model). That's the lifetime swap.
Mostly yes. Festoon and fairy strings are robust silicone-coated cable. Pathway pucks and step lights have alloy housings. The one exception: don't run a ride-on mower over a pathway puck. We can't fix that one with engineering.
Festoon bulbs are user-replaceable (E27 socket, sold as a 5-pack). Most other models use sealed LED arrays rated for 50,000+ hours — by the time they dim, you'll be able to claim a free replacement under our lifetime swap.
Returns & warranty
Use your lights for up to 100 nights. If you don't love them for any reason, email hello@glogardenco.com with your order number and we'll send a free return label. Once your return arrives, we refund the full order value to your original payment method, usually within 3 business days.
If a GloGarden product fails from a manufacturing or component fault — at any point in its life — we replace it free. That includes battery degradation, LED failure, solar panel issues, and water ingress. It does not cover physical damage, accidental loss, or modifications.
No. We provide a prepaid return label by email for any 100-night trial return or warranty claim.
